Questions collectors ask
What can I scan?
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece and Digimon cards, baseball and football cards, comic books, other collectibles, and graded slabs.
Are AI condition grades official?
No. Condition grades are automated estimates, not professional appraisals. Results can vary with image quality and lighting.
Where do trades happen?
In person, at a public location you both agree on, such as a card store, card show, coffee shop or police station.
How do we confirm a trade?
At the meetup, one collector shows a QR code or 6-digit handoff code and the other scans or enters it. The trade then completes and the cards move to their new owners.
Can my cards be traded twice?
No. Once a trade is accepted, the cards in it are locked until the handoff is completed or the trade is closed.
Does Swappables guarantee my trades?
No. Swappables connects collectors but does not mediate or guarantee trades. All trades are at the discretion and risk of the people involved.
What languages does the app support?
English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai.
